Flipping means buying an item cheaply in one city and selling it where demand pushes the price higher. Prices are player-driven and shift constantly, so the analyzer works from the latest market data to show which flips are worth your silver right now.

Use the "Instant flips only" toggle to control what is compared: turn it on for instant flips that sell straight into a standing buy order, or off to compare listed sell prices in both cities. It changes both the results and the profit, so pick the mode that matches how you actually trade.

Turned on, it only shows instant flips: you buy from a sell order and sell straight into a standing buy order, so the trade is executable right away and it uses the destination buy order price. Turned off, it compares the listed sell price in both cities, which surfaces more flips but assumes you can sell at that listed price rather than instantly. Instant flips also skip the sell order setup fee, so slightly less tax is deducted.
